CHECK IT OFF THE LIST

I finally got my trainer last week. Jackie got it for my birthday so now I can check that off my bike hobby list. Next shoes, or lights, or a road bike, or a CX bike, and the list goes on. I'm sure my wife will like my list to. Anyway I tried the trainer tonight and like everyone has told me its not a fun thing to do. Oh well.

Last night me and the kids went back to Howells to hang with family and watch the #1 Howells Bobcats take on our neighboring town #2 Clarkson Red Devils. I guess Clarkson has been averaging like 65 points a game or something like that. Well Howells led 28-0 at half and finished the game with the score 44-20. I also was told that Clarkson likes to keep the starters in till the 4th quarter of games so that would explains the 65 pt average. They might meet again in the playoffs and it might be a different outcome to. Hopefully we can win again. Anyways Howells had won 6 titles in a row before going to 11 man the last two years. They came close those years but no luck. Now back in 8 man where we belong Howells might have a chance again at a title.

Anyways not much else going on, I hope to start riding to work on Monday and try to keep that up until it snows or gets to cold out. Anything to keep me off that trainer. OK its not that bad but I would rather ride roads and dirt before the trainer.

Later
