A GOOD START

So far this week has been a good one. Sunday I ran, Monday I lifted and last night I got on the bike for about 12 miles riding gravel and dirt roads. For the rest of the week I plan on being in the gym and riding some dirt this weekend. If it's dry anyways. I know saying it is one thing and doing it is another. I'm still working on the a.m. ride in the morning to work from the Y. I'll have to try it again on Thursday. Anyways I'm starting to feel better after the start of this week. Hopefully I can keep it up now.
