Another run

Not a lot going on, did the eduro mtb race at Panama a couple weeks ago and got 6th. Felt good the first 25 and then hit a wall. Last 10 was rough, not to many long rides this year for me. That needs to change. Last night i ran 5-1/2 miles and felt good, needs to be more bike miles though. Might be a rough start to the year.
