BACK AT THE BO

Well I hit the trails with Harp and Millhouse today at Branched Oak lake. We put a few laps at area 7 and then Harp and I hit a lap at area 1. I had some shifting problems but I hope I can get it figured out before the next race. Speaking of break downs Rob's bike is still down for a bit so hopefully he gets it all ready to go soon.

Two more weeks before the next race and I hope I can keep up my training before then. I'm good at slacking the last two weeks before the race for some reason. Today was a good start though.

As for the rest of the day it looks like just sitting back and hanging with the fam. Below are some pics from yesterday's apple picking day.
