Well I did a little trainer time tonight on my old trek. It worked out better than I thought but I could use a few more gears on my bike. It only has 21 and my front rings are small. Which is fine for starting out I guess.Oh yeah if you can't tell that's Ricky Bobby on the tube. I was trying to go fast like Ricky but I'm not sure if I was fast enough. I need to find some new movies I haven't watched yet so my time goes by faster. In the end not a bad night but now I just need to keep this up. That's the hard part.
As for tonight's season finale of Storm Chasers it was kick ass! Man I can't wait till spring. My 4 year old daughter is hooked also, I think she was more ready for the show tonight than I was.
